Service Call (Includes 1 Hours Labour)
£68.00.
If my services are far less than an hour & a quick service visit is all required, by all means I would not charge £68.00! A discount will be offered.
Additional half hours labour is charged at £34.00.
Please note that we do not charge a "Call Out Fee" for our local working area (generally 15 mile radius of Horsham) whilst carrying out estimates.
A fee will be charged for "Out of Area" destinations (at my discretion) & diagnostics services.
Television Aerials
We typically supply & install:
UHF wideband aerials. For "Freeview" terrestrial reception.
Typical cost:
Wide band digital compatible UHF aerial, up-to 6ft heavy gauge alloy mast, 6-9" galvanized wall or chimney fittings,
up-to 25 meters coaxial cable (colour: brown, white or black), approximately 1.5 hours labour, coaxial plug, set-up & re-tune/demonstration.
Total estimated cost £222.00.
Loft mounted installations estimated cost £188.00.
The final cost may be higher or lower depending upon the signals received. If the required signal levels are not received then additional materials/labour may be required i.e. : taller mast or signal amplification. Please note that if there is necessity to acquire additional signal levels then I would seek correct approval/permission prior to any un- foreseen expense.
Please note: Television receiving aerials provide optimum reception via a clear signal path from mounted position to designated transmitter, if the line of sight to transmitter is obstructed by trees/buildings etc, additional mast length/signal amplification may be required.
Radio Aerials FM/DAB
Omni directional (receives signals via 360 degrees) or
multi elements for directional reception & to acquire increased signal levels
We commonly install omni directional radio aerials as they are more discreet in size & produce the appropriate signal reception within the local area (Horsham).
All aerials are supplied with high quality coaxial cable to ensure high signal transfer & optimum interference rejection.
Loft fittings. Wall or chimney, via heavy gauge alloy mast & single/double/triple support fittings (not flimsy materials so to shorten the life span of the installation)

Installation systems comprising one or multiple cameras for observation & security. Discreet and obvious camera locations are available. Audio combines into CCTV DVR (Digital Video Recorder) NVR (Network Video Recorder). This records onto the internal HD (hard drive) so as to allow full weekly/monthly playback (depends on HD size/camera/audio feeds). Data connection to broadband/Internet/home LAN (Local Area Network , your home PC network) allows simplistic view/control over home PC systems or even the world wide web!

Please Note:
All access to walls & chimneys are based upon a maximum working height of around 8-10 meters from ground levels. If this height is to be exceeded to facilitate the services & installation required. Additional safe working platforms or access equipment i.e. scaffolding may be required so to adhere with working at height safety legislations.
All work on properties, require the walls & roofs to be of a good quality structure to facilitate access required for services & installations. Upon inspection of a property that has for example: broken/thin/fragile tiles, loose brickwork, etc. The services & installation may not be offered or provided, due to health & safety legislations.
Payment Terms:
Payment for services upon completion of services, via Debit or Credit Cards (no surcharges) preferred. Or payment via cash. Cheque payments can be accepted.
Any credit (Invoice & pay later) can be provided, subject to my authorization & appropriate initial official "work order"
instructions.
